If payment is made after the work is completed later than 1 month without acceptable reason, the work will be revoked from ownership by the artist and will be immediately blacklisted.

The artist has the right to deny commissions that aren’t fit to the artist drawing.

The artist do not accept urgent work

Completed work will possibly be posted on the artist's social media, and Portfolio. The customer can indicate whether or not they want the name of the customer to be disclosed.

Prices on the website can change through time according to the experience and skill of the artist by time.

In the case of design, give credit to the artist and designer every time you use the image under the name Raindear_A. You may modify the design no more than 50%.

The art generally are not allowed to be used in commercial use.

As for commercial use, it will be charged 3 times the price.

Evert artwork are forbidden to use to generate in AI process in any circumstance

The artist will inform the customer of the queue once it's the certain customer's turn to brief. Unless in case the customer order commission via website as VGen, the website will notify the customer.

Brief the work the customer wants to receive, go into details and reference that you want. According to the brief rules.

The artist will send a rough sketch, make a revision if needed until the customer is satisfied of the sketch then the artist will summarizes the price.

The customer transfers half of the total commission as a pledge.

Progress time won’t be more than 1 week.

If there is a tendency to be delayed, there will be notice in advance.

Inform the customer of the work update gradually throughout the progress.

When the work is finished, the artist will send the picture with the watermark to the customer.

Then the customer transfers the remaining half amount of the commission.

The customer should save or download your work and notify the artist. Because after some time the files may be deleted. And the artist will not take any responsibility if the file is deleted from the Google Drive.
